In 2021, Kelley graduated from the University of Georgia's Institute of Higher Education with her Doctoral degree in higher education management

Joining the Office of Enrollment Services directly after her undergraduate career, Kelley has served Oxford in a myriad of roles. From managing the daily visit program, overseeing the operations staff, and directing the admission selection process, Kelley understands the value of a cohesive team working to enroll the best and brightest.

In her current role as Dean of Enrollment Services, Kelley is responsible for admission, financial aid, and the registrar.  Leading an office of 20, she represents Oxford College with Atlanta campus colleagues for broad recruitment strategies and managing the data related to enrollment planning and financial aid.  Oxford recruiters, under Kelley’s supervision, travel across the US and their efforts have significantly increased the visibility of Oxford College as student applications have increased dramatically in recent years.  Throughout her tenure in the office, the college has witnessed tremendous growth in academic profile and preparedness of the incoming class.

Stemming from her intimate history with Oxford and Emory, Kelley’s passion for enrollment and college education drive her, and the office forward. She is energized by the faculty, staff, and students who make up Oxford College and feels honored by the opportunity to share that community with prospective students and their families.
