Steve Ahn is an adjunct instructor at Oxford College of Emory University in Oxford, Georgia. He has been teaching graduate and undergraduate finance courses for the Goizueta Business School at the Atlanta campus since 2007. He earned his MBA from Wharton with concentrations in international finance and global strategy in 1998.
He has taught finance and economics internationally as a practitioner for over thirty years. In so doing, he has lived and worked in five countries as a senior investment banker at JP Morgan, a senior financial manager at International Paper, and a partner of consultancy Abacus. He joined Emory after teaching for the MBA schools at the Univ. of TX and Pepperdine Univ. In addition to teaching finance, investments, M&A, accounting, and economics, he is author of Global Cash Management and a contributor to the London Financial Times, the McKinsey Global Institute, National Public Radio, and other media.
